I’ll have to take a picture of my meat tomorrow (yikes). Picked up a 9.5 lb brisket to smoke. The butcher brought out the entire 12+ pounder and we wittled it down while we bullshitted about smoking. It was worth the extra dollar a pound aover a generic grocery store just for the conversation.
